Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at daniel@petalpickersflowerco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation & Order Policy
At Petal Pickers Flower Co., we specialize in seasonal, perishable plant materials including dahlia tubers, rooted cuttings, and other live products. Because of the nature of these items and our limited inventory, we maintain the following order policies.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled for any reason. This policy allows us to accurately plan inventory, allocate crops, and prepare for upcoming shipping windows.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us promptly at [your email address] with your order number.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
This includes:
- Changing varieties or quantities
- Combining multiple orders
- Adjusting shipping weeks or delivery timing
- Updating shipping addresses (please double-check at checkout)
Shipping Schedule & Timing
All plant materials are shipped according to our seasonal schedule and selected shipping windows. These timelines are carefully planned based on growing conditions and product readiness.
We are unable to accommodate requests to:
- Ship earlier or later than scheduled
- Hold orders beyond the designated shipping window
Live Plant Disclaimer
All products sold are live plant material and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions during transit
- Growing conditions after delivery
- Customer handling and storage
We do not guarantee plant performance after planting.
Issues Upon Arrival
If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be reviewed.
Refund Policy
If a claim is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- We do not offer replacements for plant material
Right to Cancel
Petal Pickers Flower Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:
- Inventory discrepancies
- Crop failure
- Shipping limitations or unforeseen circumstances
If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
