We are offering Pre-Chilled Bulbs which have received all the cooling they need to bloom beautifully. This is especially helpful for warmer climates such as ours in South Carolina. Our winters in the Southern states can be mild enough that Tulips just don't thrive. Pre-chilling the tulip bulbs helps to solve this common problem that we deal with in the South.
